Julie and her doll.

Once upon a time there lived a girl name Julie, she had a little doll name Mac the princess. Know one knew how to get that little doll, kids never ever got that doll only Julie, Julie got bullied that day because she was the odd one out with her doll club that she was in. The leader of the group was Anna-Bell who set the world record of the most dolls in the entire world. Julie looked up to Anna-Bell but stopped when she was 11 years old when she heard about Anna's story, when Anna-Bell was little she use to hate dolls when she saw one she went crazy and bites its heads off but when she got a little older she started to calm down and started to steal all the dolls she saw and haunted anyone with a doll she never had, that was the story. Julie had the doll that Anna-Bell didn't have, when Anna-Bell heard that Julie had the doll that she didn't, Anna-Bell tracked her down until she got that doll in her hands. Julie was in deep deep trouble.

The 2015 Ambassadors.

Today at Assembly, Mrs Burt called out who was the 2015 Ambassadors. When all of us were looking at the board, we were waiting for it to

change and then I saw my name and a couple of other names on there. When school finished at 12:30 I was so excited to tell my mum that I was an ambassador.

I would like to thank my teacher Mrs Jacobsen for encouraging  me to write this application and also my sister who edited it to make it much more better.

The last day of school THE STORY.

The last day of Mansion bay school. Three lovely girls name Bella, Chrissa and Lizzy decided they should go to the beach after school. When Bella was looking at the time it was nearly 3:00, Bella passed a note to Chrissa saying " It is nearly 3:00 pass it on to Lizzy". Bella, Chrissa and Lizzy stared at the time when the bell rang which gave them a big shock, Bella and Lizzy ran outside but they couldn't find Chrissa. Bella said " Can you see her" "Nope I can't" Lizzy replied, both of them were scared at first because the bay was cleared out really fast, DOINK Bella souted "WHAT THE MARBLES WAS THAT"  "it was this brick it as a note on it I" "What does it say" "It says if you want your friend back come and get her, here's a hint A fun activity to do with your friend. "What would that be" Bella whispered "I don't know" Lizzy whispered back.

The Holiday's are near.

I can't believe the holidays are near,  I can't wait until we go out and have fun. On Saturday I really hope that I can go out and try to catch up with my cousins in Australia and Manuwera. I'm so excited but sad that school is going to finish, I like to say my goodbye to the teachers who are leaving including Mrs Jarman. Mrs Jarman have been at our school for many many years, I hope she would have a lovely time with her family in the holidays.

Goodbye 2014.

Fear well 2014!! I want to thank you to the teachers who taught me this year  and really hope I will see you next year. I still can't believe that next year I will be a year six. This year was the most awesome year I have ever had, I wish I could go back into March so I can have way much more time to hang with my friends. I'm going to miss everyone when it's the holidays. Bye bye my bloggers and happy new year and merry Christmas. It's going to be so hard to let this year go it's just this year was the most awesome year in my life. What I'm so glad is that I got to meet the year sixes properly.

My 2014 Reflection.

Today our literacy class got to write a Reflection about this year what you were proud and what you weren't. Please read this and leave some feedback.

In the start of the year I thought it would be pretty hard with year sixes. A couple of weeks I got use to learning with the year sixes because when I was stuck or in trouble they stick by back they made sure that I was okay, I fit in pretty fast I kinda thought it would take long to make friends with the year sixes but it didn’t it took a few weeks. 

 The thing that I am really proud of is when I took my reading test with Mrs Jacobsen. When I was done 3 books she said That I am 10.5 I was so excited I moved 3 stages it was the time of

my life I say. That’s when I tried my best to read every day when I got the hang of it I started to read big books. I gave a shot at it maybe not the time. 

The thing that I am most proud of is finishing my work on time last year I was really terrible at finishing work on time. I never shut my mouth I talked a lot. but this year I really Improved a lot sometimes I talk but then I check that I finish it off and that it is on the blog log. I really wish that it wasn’t the end of school. I have to say this year is my favourite year. 

One thing I need to work on is making the right choices. This year I was kinda not making the right choices. But next year I want to be 100%. I think this wasn’t my great year but next year I will try my best to make the right choices. 

I like to say thank you Miss Garden, Mr Goodwin, Mrs Jacobsen and Mr Sommerville for teaching us how to read, write and much more. There is two amazing teachers who taught me really well they are Mrs Jacobsen and Mr Sommerville. Thank you for teaching me and hope to see you next year.

My Art Gallery Trip.

This is my art gallery trip. My year 5 grade went to the art gallery while the year sixes went to Kawau Island, When we were at the art gallery we looked t some New Zealand Art works and Abstract art work. There are some pictures in the movie that you can look at. My Favourite part of the art gallery was when we looked at some artworks and how there doesn't have to be a person in the art work.  

I think when we saw the artworks you can already see the story that goes with the picture, This one painting we were looking at all it was just bunch of colours painted together but then is kinda looked like a Volcano exploding onto the green green nice grass. I wished I lived in the art gallery to learn much more about the art gallery.

The Art Gallery.

This is my Presentation about the art gallery. We looked at awesome art works from different artists that we never heard of before. My group and I were set on this game we had to look for this Magic genie woman that looks like a man, with this beautiful charming girl with two cheeky men. The winner who found was Chyrus and Junior. After that game our other Instructor showed us to this room were we could paint and draw our Instructor said "This is not a cookie jar this is were you draw what you loved this year", We all said  " YES WERE DOING PAINTING".  My favourite part of this trip is painting so was fun I loved it I got to sit next to my friend and I got to draw what I wanted to draw, IT WAS COOL AS.

Emma and Kylie moments.

Once a upon a time there lived two lovely woman who loved Christmas there names were Kylie and Emma. They love going to the city and watch the fireworks, they never miss a single firework. One day they grew older and older when Kylie got sick of the fireworks she hated now, Emma couldn't believe it. Emma thought to her self and said "UNLESS SHE IS HIDING SOMETHING".

Guy Fawkes day.

Yesterday night was guy fawkes it was awesome. Watching other peoples fire work, It was very loud and noisy but at the same time it was cool. When my dad when out and came back he said "Can you go check if the door is closed on the other side of the car" I replied back "Dad the door is not locked" "Are you looking properly" I looked again OMG it was fire work heaps of packets on the seat it was awesome.

When we were cleaning up my MUM tried to put out the fire but made it worst I quickly ran to the tap and splashed  it on, That my MUM for you. My brother was even nice enough to lit the fireworks for me. YAY YAY YAY!! The best night ever. I wish we could do that everyday. 

Wood Patterns.

This is our movie about wood patterns how you can read how old that the trees are and to where the branches wore on the wooden template. WOW, their are some interesting things about trees that we did not know about. Some trees can be carved into patterns like the ones in the art gallery.

To see how old the trees is if you find a stump and count the rings that are on the stump you can see how old it was. Did you know that the dark round spots that are on the timber rings  were the branches use to be. WOW, their are some things about trees that we did not know about.

Direction work.

Today we were learning all about direction and symbols. Our Teacher aide (Mrs Jamali) gave us a work sheet to do with North East South and West. As what I like to call Never, Eat, Soggy, Weet-Bix. So there is Symbols, Town map and Reading a map. It's not all that.

The ice cream truck problem.

On ordinary day 2 little girls name Elizabeth and Amber were walking down the road when, They saw the Ice cream truck. Amber and Elizabeth had a race to the ice cream but when they got there they had no money they were sad. So they walked all the way home with a frown on there faces. When the week pass the ice cream truck came to there front of there Elizabeth house, Amber and Elizabeth rushed in and grabbed there money and ran to the truck but when they got back the truck wasn't there any more. "That was weird it was only here for 1 minute" Amber shouted "I know" Elizabeth said in a suspicious way. 

When the ice cream truck came back again Elizabeth took the money out of her pocket and, but the ice cream man drove off. "JERK" Elizabeth shouted, "Why are you saying jerk for" Amber whispered There is something wrong with that ice cream truck. Elizabeth and Amber caught up to the ice cream and followed it, When the ice cream stopped at in ordinary place. The ice cream truck drove right threw the wall like it was magic, Elizabeth walked up to it and kicked the wall. When Amber and Elizabeth fall into the hole beneath. TO BE CONTINUED

How to answer a multichoice Questions.

This is what you multi choice.

1. Read the question.

2. Work out the problem

3. Look to see if your answer is there.

4. If your answer isn't there try again, until you get it right.

This is my Multi choice, It will help you to not get that stressed but when you do it make sure you don't look at the answer. When your done the answer you can look at the answers and see if your answer is there, if not try again and see if your answer is there.

Witches part 3.

On a sunny hot day Emma invited Andi to come to a beach party, but Andi didn't want to go because she might use her powers antecedently and everyone might know and she doesn't want that. That day Andi went to the shop to have some fresh in up. When she got home Emma was there. Andi said "I don't want to come  to the beach party with you" "Why" Emma shouted " Because I might use my powers on someone" Andi shouted back. Andi and Emma had a little argument but they still made up.

My Samoa Narritive

Quinlan woke up with a big “YAWN”. “KNOCK KNOCK” Quinlan opened the door and it was her bestie Amber, Amber said “Do you want to go to samoa with me”  “Yes I will love to go to samoa with you” Quinlan replied. Amber and Quinlan started packing for their trip to samoa.  They were heading to the airport and waiting for their plane  for a few minutes.

When they arrived at samoa, Quinlan wanted to go in a bus but Amber didn’t, Amber said “If there is no seats left for me to sit on I have to sit on someone that I don’t know” “Who cares just come” Quinlan replied. Quinlan and Amber were waiting for the bus to come. Quinlan was wondering where was the timetable but Amber said “There is no timetable in Samoa, So you don’t even know when the bus is coming”. Amber and Quinlan where waiting for hours, Until the bus came it been 1 hour and 30 minutes. They hopped on the bus and took a sit. When they were heading to the city, a car took over them and made them flip of the cliff. Everyone was in danger and did not know what to do.

Quinlan was terrified even Amber was. When Quinlan was looking for supplies in her bag Amber was freaking out, Amber never ever got stuck in a bus before Quinlan said “Sit down and calm down we are going to be fine” “okay” Amber replied. Finally Quinlan found a pocket knife and cut the plastic windows, but the only thing happened that most of them couldn’t climb a cliff. They were there for almost a day, until a man found them. The man who found them had a rope and is was big like a giant. He threw the rope down and pulled a person up one by one it did take long but thankful for that man. We thank the man for the help and carried on walking to the city for lunch and dinner. They had to walk back to  the motel because they were scared they might of get stuck again.

Our Samoan DLO. ( Digital Learning Object)

This is our Samoan DLO . We have been learning about catching a bus in Samoa. About the difference and the similarities. My group and I worked hard on our digital learning object and hoped you's like it. We used our little Point england children in this Video, We dressed them up in costumes.

We learnt that If there is no seats in the Samoan bus that you have to sit on someone that you don't even know and you can pay when you get off the bus. In Samoa there buses are in a funny kinda shape and New Zealand's bus it is Rectangular shape, Samoa doesn't have a timetable so you don't even know when the bus is coming. You have to wait on the road to find the bus and wave you hand to get the bus drivers attention or you have to wait for another half an hour for the bus.

Different:
1. The Buses in Samoa are in a different shape then New Zealand's.

2. You don't have to pay when you get on you can pay when you can get off in Samoa.

3. In Samoa if there are no seats on the bus you can sit on someone bigger then you or Stand up.


Similarities:
1. You can pay on both Buses.

2.  You have to wave there hand to get there attention to stop.

3. You have to wait for the bus in Samoa and New Zealand.
